- Business Analyst- MUST have Merchant payments experience
- Opportunity for immense growth
- Work with customer success team to understand and investigate feedback from customers and recommend improvements for the product
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, recommendations in form of user case and user story
- Own & Facilitate requirements lifecycle sessions
- Conduct research to determine if solutions to the business requirements currently exist within the business market.
- Manager Requirement backlog
- Communicate business priorities to the product team to drive effective solutions
- Articulate to the product team the vision of what the business needs
- Create User journeys, stories and process flow in an agile manner
- Maintenance of JIRA
- Minimum three years' business analysis, end-to-end Agile or Product improvement
- Experience working in Payments/Banking
- Confident writing and speaking skills, including technical language
- Experience working with APIs and other technical solutions
- Desire to work in an exciting fast- paced environment
- Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate concepts succinctly for others
- Strong technical understanding, capability and willingness to learn and develop skills
- Ability to listen well and summarise information so it can be easily understood by others
- Willingness to be flexible when working with global teams
