    My client owns a successful dealership, located in the coastal town of Bundaberg. They are looking to employ a Service Manager to oversee their department, and build a successful, positive department.

    The town of Bundaberg is situated 4 hours north of Brisbane and is best known for sugar cane and Bundaberg rum. Located in the Wide Bay-Burnett region of QLD, this town offers a country feel, with all the modern amenities of a big city. With a large variety of things to do and a thriving foodie community, you will never be short of things to do.

    Reporting to the DP, role will have you overseeing a small, but successful team responsible for 2 brands. This role would suit a current Service Manager looking for a change of scenery, or an Assistant Service Manager, ready to step up and lead their own team.

    Your duties will be:

    • Providing strong leadership and motivation to the team
    • Building strong team relationships, and creating a positive working environment
    • Reporting the departments performance against set targets
    • Ensuring all OH&S requirements are met
    • Building strong relationships with both existing and new customers

    To be considered for this role, you must:

    • Have dealership experience, as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong customer service focus
    • Full Australian working rights

    In return, you will be joining a dealership, working with a leading brand. Your remuneration package will comprise of base retainer, plus incentives and vehicle.
