They are an established independent certification provider that works with organisations across construction, health, manufacturing, mining, defence, agriculture and the public sector. The Role:
As the Client Services Coordinator, you are the organisational anchor. You connect clients, external auditors and internal certification staff, ensuring audits are planned, information flows smoothly and nothing falls behind.
You will manage audit schedules that are planned well in advance, prepare and issue documentation, track upcoming and overdue assessments, maintain client and CRM records, and support both clients and auditors with clear, timely communication. You will also assist with fee proposals, invoicing, debtor follow-up and contractor payments, working closely with the broader certification team.
About You:
The right person for this role is organised, calm and comfortable working independently. You are confident managing your own workload, enjoy professional environments and take pride in keeping systems running properly.
You communicate clearly, follow processes and notice when things are missing or need to be followed up.
You will bring solid experience in administration, coordination or client services, ideally five years or more, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
Experience in certification, compliance or ISO-based environments is essential.

- Approximately 24 hours per week across three days
