Rapid Hydraulics and Pneumatics is located in the very picturesque North East Victorian town of Albury Wodonga, we are 1 1⁄2 hrs drive from the nearest ski resort, 10min drive from Lake Hume and the towns straddle the Murray River, we are 1⁄2 hr drive to some of the best wineries in Australia (Rutherglen and King Valley). Being so close to the mountains, we have some of the best motorbike riding, mountain biking, hiking and hunting. In short, if you are looking for an active outdoors lifestyle you will be hard pressed to find a better place to put down roots.

Rapid is currently in an expansion phase and is looking for suitably qualified personnel to fill numerous roles from Hydraulic Sales Engineer, Hydraulic Service Technician to Hose Truck operator.

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified Hydraulic Sales Engineer/ business manager to assist with sales growth and design engineering and quoting and assist with the management of two business locations.

We also currently have a position available that requires a qualified Fitter and Turner that has had extensive experience in the Hydraulics field. You will be able to fault find hydraulic issues independently in the field and also be able to carry out service and repair work in the workshop or in the field. Includes pump and cylinder rebuilding and testing, power unit builds and repairs.

As well as a position to operate one of three hose service trucks, must be trade qualified Fitter and Turner, hydraulic experience an advantage.

Our clients vary from heavy manufacturing such as Paper Mill, Foundry, Hydroelectricity Generators etc. to Earth Moving and Agricultural.

Availability for overtime and call outs is a must, as we carry out factory maintenance work most weekends. We also offer a 24hr breakdown service.

We currently have a team of 11 staff covering sales and service, so you must be a good communicator and a team player.
