    Director of AI and Data Governance Enablement

    This role is critical to implementing strategies, policies, and best practices across the organization for AI and Data Governance. The Director will develop and implement governance frameworks and programs to ensure the ethical use of AI systems and efficient data management.

    The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of AI and data governance principles, as well as experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives in sophisticated environments. Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

    The day-to-day activities include leading the integration of AI governance principles with existing data governance frameworks, developing future-proof AI and data governance enablement frameworks, designing literacy training programs, and building relationships with stakeholders.

    A successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in data and AI governance, solid understanding of data and AI governance principles, project management skills, and experience in implementing data governance programs.
