What role you will play in Team:
We are seeking experienced End User Computing (EUC) Subject Matter Experts to support an upcoming Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) rollout and endpoint security transformation.
The roles will focus on application packaging, Intune & Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) enablement, and L3 troubleshooting/support across enterprise endpoints.
Resource 1 – EUC Packaging SME (WDAC Readiness)Perform application discovery, analysis, and packaging to support WDAC policy implementation
Work with tools such as Patch My PC for third-party application deployment, updates, and catalog management
Resource 2 – Intune & Endpoint Privilege Management SME
Lead evaluation and PoC for Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) capabilities
Configure device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and security baselines in Intune
Implement least privilege strategies and privilege elevation workflows using EPM
Resource 3 – EUC & WDAC L3 Support Engineer
Provide Level 3 troubleshooting and operational support for WDAC-enabled environments
Investigate application execution failures, policy conflicts, and endpoint security incidents
Support WDAC policy tuning, exception handling, and monitoring
