- Must pass all probation's to be eligible
- This is on the job learning with a very supportive Team and Management
- Complete the Apprenticeship within 3-4 years and receive the full qualification from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- You will be paid on competency and not on tenure: eg. you could be paid Level 5 after 2 years but not receive your certification.
- Willing to stay employed after you have completed your Apprenticeship.
- Loading and unloading glass
- Crane and machinery fitment
- Cutting glass to specifications provided
- Undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
- Develop the skills and capabilities to repair, replace and fit windscreens on Trucks and Buses to Australian Standards
- Learn how to complete re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Deliver an excellent experience to our customers

- Must be able to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles
- Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade
