About the role
:Anglicare is searching for a Shop Manager at our Anglicare Op Shop located in Rouse Hill. In this role you will be leading a team of volunteers, managing all aspects of running our retail store. Develop and implement an effective strategy to operate the store, maximise sales and support Anglicare's vision, mission and values.
You will develop strong relationships with the local community, churches and other key stakeholders to ensure our Op Shop and the services provided by Anglicare are well known in the community. Upholding our vision and values are key to this role, our Shop Managers ensure holistic care is provided to customers of varying needs.

We are looking for a compassionate professional. Not only will you have had experience running a retail store, from an operational standpoint, but you will also have well developed stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
