Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000+ based on experience.
Full time and part time opportunities available. We would like to hear from tax lawyers with a minimum of 3 years experience.

If you are looking to join an impressive team with meaningful, flexible work, this opportunity is for you: Researching and advising on complex issues relevant to direct tax, indirect tax, estate law and trust law; Acting for clients in dispute with the ATO, including audits, objections, reviews and appeals; Drafting formal legal advice in taxation, trusts, wills and estates; Family Office advisory, estate planning and taxation advice; Succession planning for high net wealth family groups and business enterprises; Providing legal advice on structures in commercial and charitable activities; Restructures of corporate, family, not-for-profit or other groups; Preparing related commercial documents.

We are looking for the following attributes: A strong interest in tax and its technicalities; Commercial acumen and client focus; Ability to work autonomously and be part of our collaborative team environment.
