Job summary
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Tropicana Gold Mine. Reporting to the Superintendent HR Business Partnering, this role will work closely with employees and leaders to deliver impactful people initiatives that align with our business strategy.

Qualifications
- Several years experience in an operations-based HR generalist/advisor role
- Generalist experience in all areas of the Human Resources discipline i.e., industrial relations, organisational development, training and development, remuneration and benefits, as well as staffing (i.e., recruitment, selection, and placement)
- Experience within the mining or related industry would be advantageous
