Job Title: Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Retail Supervisor to join our boutique in Bluewater.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through delivering exceptional customer experiences and high standards of boutique performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete shop floor observations and provide feedback to the team
• Utilize customer experience and everyday coaching across the team
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Facilitate team training sessions
• Take accountability for managing and resolving escalated complaints
• Monitor and lead on internal control processes
• Lead on ad hoc audits

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory shop floor experience in the retail sector
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• A strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which Nespresso operates
• Enthusiasm to coach, train, and mentor Sales Assistants within the boutique
• Maintain and support a positive and collaborative team culture
