    We are in search of dynamic, client-focused Physiotherapist to become part of our clients diverse Allied Health Team in Mandurah. Your role will involve working with an older adult and aged care caseload as part of the organisations transitional care program, delivering community-based care tailored to their needs. Your expertise in Physiotherapy will be pivotal in assisting clients in managing their requirements. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

    The Role
    As a Physiotherapist in this position, you'll assist clients in enhancing their independence, achieving their physical and social objectives, and enjoying a better quality of life within the community. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments based on individual needs and facilitating engagement in meaningful activities such as self-care and leisure pursuits. By collaborating both independently and within a multidisciplinary team across various services, you'll have the opportunity to refine your clinical skills and establish enduring professional connections.

    Specific requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:

    • A degree in Physiotherapy with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
    • Current WA Driver's License.
    • Demonstrated clinical proficiency and experience in delivering physiotherapy services.
    • Proven track record of employing evidence-based practices.
    • Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Capacity to prioritise tasks and manage workloads to meet established deadlines and objectives.
    • Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
    • Willingness to undergo NDIS Workers Screening, Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol Screen checks.
    • Working with children checks
    • Full Australian working rights
