    We are seeking volunteers to join our team at the Hug in a Mug Café, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. As a volunteer café host, you will be responsible for providing friendly customer service to residents, families, and staff. Your role will involve assisting with daily operations, serving customers, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Assist with daily café operations

    • Provide excellent customer service

    • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere

    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

      • The ability to work independently is essential for this role.
      The ideal candidate should be able to commit to volunteering at least twice per week from 9:30 AM until 1:30 PM (subject to change). Previous experience is not required but would be beneficial.
      Prior training or learning is provided free of charge,
      as part of your commitment as one of our valued volunteers).
