    A Business Manager is passionate about customer marketing, with a blend of creativity and data.

    The role involves working in a dedicated team responsible for significant customer marketing activities for one of Australia's leading brands.

    The aim is to achieve top-notch creativity in all brand communications, including customer marketing.
    This team serves as the hub for Customer Marketing Excellence within the client's business.
    Activities cover extensive program delivery for acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

    THE TASK AT HAND The Business Manager's responsibilities include: Supporting the Business Director in overseeing all customer marketing activities.

    Collaborating closely with strategists and dedicated creative teams as part of a full-scale agency setup.

    Ensuring the agency meets the client's requirements and coordinates with all departments involved in delivering the agency's projects.

    Addressing challenges, managing expectations, handling finances, and driving projects to successful conclusions.

    Managing project/campaign delivery, especially during the production phase. Overseeing day-to-day interactions with the project team (creative, strategy, production) Liaising with Resource + Production to manage timelines and budgets Exercising cost control on projects (job numbers, estimates, invoicing) Scheduling and organizing project team meetings Collaborating with resource management and Head of Production for resource scheduling Ensuring timely and budget-compliant project deliveries Conducting task briefs and post-implementation reviews Giving feedback on improvements and enhancements WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO +61 Skills 1-2 years of agency experience in a similar capacity Experience in integrated marketing Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to independently manage multiple smaller projects from inception to completion Ensuring high client satisfaction through quality deliverables Experience in creating timing plans, cost estimates, and controlling production processes to enhance cost-effectiveness and profitability Knowledge Proficiency in marketing communications and agency workflows Understanding of data and related principles Previous exposure to data-driven customer marketing, especially in integrated, digital, and CRM campaigns.
