    About the Role

  • 12-month max term contract
  • Can be based in Brisbane or Sydney
  • 50/50 Hybrid working model
  • We are seeking a Senior Business Partner for our Retail Finance team within the Group Finance division. Reporting to the General Manager of Retail Finance, this role is key to supporting the strategic and financial success of the Transformation & Ops Business. With a focus on strategic support, management reporting, forecasting and budget setting and finance leadership, this role requires strong financial and commercial acumen and effective business partnering to enable better and faster decision making. This role is a critical to support the business in balancing maintaining disciplined OPEX profiles and providing great customer outcomes.

    To be effective, the role requires a focus on external market performance as well as driving internal performance. The role will require the formation of close working relationships across Product, Distribution, and Transformation more broadly and will require strong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

    The ideal candidate will have strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in strategic financial advice, reporting, and finance leadership. You should be able to collaborate with key stakeholders and have effective communication, collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with external and market performance, as well as driving internal performance, is a plus.
