Senior Product Manager - DIY & Specialty Hardware Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications) Faulkner Industries is a leading supplier to the Australian and New Zealand DIY and Specialty Hardware channels, supplying Faulkner brands as well as customers' house brands across a number of categories.

Our Sales and Operations team are committed to understanding our customers' requirements and in turn, delivering a solution that ensures we design, develop, source and supply products with the expert service that our customers expect.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our team at our Braeside office, with the following attributes:
Experience in developing new and existing products / ranges.
Analytically skilled to report on customer category trends and competitor activity.
A history of successfully delivering growth across product sales results based on your Product Management.
Management of the department and costs through financial reporting.
Possess a customer centric mindset.

Experience & Skills To be successful in your application for this role, you will need to show "a passion for product" with a minimum 5 years previous experience covering: Product and Sourcing Management.

Working directly with overseas factories.
Professional preparation and presenting Excel and Power Point presentations.
Attention to detail with analytical skills to prepare product evaluations across local market and our competition products. Multi-tasking with a mindset & flexibility to work across 3 or more projects at the given time.
Ability and desire to meet deadlines as set by our business & our customers.
A strong understanding of USD trading and conversions to local currency. Strong business and commercial acumen.
An ability to build relationships internally with our customers, and our OS factory partners.
