    We are looking for a Manager who has knowledge and experience in large business and technology transformations and improvement initiatives, with a focus on Business Cases. You'll have a history of successful business case development and validation. As well as a good understanding of investment decision making processes. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading small teams in transformation engagements.

    What you'll do:

    • Leading and writing business cases related to business and technology transformation projects
    • Guiding clients in value management process through benefit identification, quantification and tracking.
    • Identifying and benchmarking business opportunities
    • Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.
    • Leading and managing cross functional teams located locally and virtually
    • Foster strong stakeholder relationships with senior leaders from clients.

    What you'll bring:

    • 6+ years' experience in enterprise transformation, project delivery, business case development, strategy
    • Strong consulting experience (internally in an organisation or externally at a consultancy company)
    • Business and Finance experience with a relevant degree
    • A big plus is ERP business case experience covering all core enterprise functions (Finance, Procurement, Assets Management etc)
    • Excellent communicator, client management and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent analytical skills
