    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Operational Excellence:
      • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
      • Manage daily activities, including reservations, housekeeping, and guest services
      • Work closely with department heads to optimise performance
    2. Guest Experience:
      • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
      • Address guest feedback promptly and professionally
      • Implement strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction
    3. Team Leadership:
      • Lead, motivate, and inspire a dedicated team
      • Foster a positive work environment and strong team culture
      • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge
    4. Financial Management:
      • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
      • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality
      • Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth
    5. Community Engagement:
      • Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community
      • Explore partnerships and promotional opportunities to enhance the hotel's visibility
      • Contribute to community events and initiatives

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Proven experience in Pub/Hotel management essential
    • Must have current RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers Licence, Gaming Nominee, CLO.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Knowledge of the local community and its dynamics
    • Ability to adapt to a regional setting
