    Key Responsibilities:Financial reporting and forecasting- annual budgeting, monthly variance reporting, review capital expenditureAsset and lease management- revenue forecasting, asset valuations, water monitoring and complianceManaging development projects for existing assetsMaintaining systems and processes to deliver ongoing performanceDeveloping and maintaining detailed financial models for potential acquisitions, divestments and developmentsUndertaking in-depth due diligence as part of a transaction team, and assist with legal documentationSponsoring various projects from end-to-end at the direction of the senior management teamPreparing proposals for consideration by senior management and the Board of DirectorsSupervising, mentoring and training junior staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Asset and lease management- revenue forecasting, asset valuations, water monitoring and compliance
    • Managing development projects for existing assets
    • Maintaining systems and processes to deliver ongoing performance
    • Developing and maintaining detailed financial models for potential acquisitions, divestments and developments
    • Undertaking in-depth due diligence as part of a transaction team, and assist with legal documentation
    • Sponsoring various projects from end-to-end at the direction of the senior management team
    • Preparing proposals for consideration by senior management and the Board of Directors
    • Supervising, mentoring and training junior staff.
    • A competitive salary, from $100,000 - $150,000 p.a. (plus superannuation)
