    Job Description

    About the role

    We are looking for an energetic, self motivated professional who loves working in a team environment and has the international marketing experience and knowledge to expand our business in China. You will implement the brand marketing strategy to target the China market, build up the hero brands and product awareness through productive marketing campaigns.

    Some of the responsibilities include

    • Domestic export communication and promotions, including social media, trade shows, events and activities to target Chinese speaking customers in Australia.
    • Brand export marketing strategy plan and execution.
    • Develop and execute a promotional program to influence Chinese VMS KOL/ Taobao owners based in Australia.
    • Work closely with the domestic export sales team to form a local strategy to achieve the export business success.
    • Support the China CBEC and trader forecast with stock allocations.
    • Manage the trader marketing budget and achieve marketing promotion objectives.
    • Stay on top of and support promotional activities being undertaken in China.

    Responsible for A&P planning and ROI

    Keep up to date with advertising regulations for marketing campaigns in Australia to target the export market

    • Work closely with the export sales team to develop market specific marketing campaigns
    • Improve communication flow to all distributors by providing marketing collateral, product launches and packs
    • Manage the training calendar for key clients
    • Support China mainland marketing requests for product campaigns
    • Keep sales updated with all the domestic product information with informative deck
    • Support sales team to manage forecasting and liaise with our supply chain team to ensure the order fulfillment rate

    Desired Skills and Experience

    About you

    • Marketing or Business Degree with 5+ years' experience in similar role
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good communication skills and the ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures
    • Sound PC skills
    • Excellent public relation skills
    • Team player
    • Ability to deal with other internal departments.
