Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Decision-Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will partner with cost centre managers to provide financial information and analysis to support decision-making. This role involves maintaining financial integrity, overseeing cost centre performance against KPIs, and supporting the Financial Controller and CFO with preparing information for budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial information and analysis to support decision-making
Maintain financial integrity in compliance with Garvan policies
Oversee and measure cost centre performance against KPIs
Support the Financial Controller and CFO with budgeting and forecasting

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional with at least 3 years' business partnering experience. You should have a strong understanding of financial systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. CA/CPA qualification is essential, and experience in the not-for-profit sector and/or medical research industry would be advantageous.

Salary: Up to $115,000 per annum + 11.5% super + salary packaging (depending on experience)
