This is an entry-level position for those who want to become arborists. As an Arborist Climber, you will be part of a tree care crew that performs all types of tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• You will perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader and Local Manager.
• Your tasks include:
• Pruning trees using proper techniques and equipment.
• Cabling and bracing trees to ensure stability.
• Rigging and removing trees from properties.
• Maintaining and operating hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts safely and efficiently.
• You will also learn, understand, and adhere to all safety rules and company policies.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills.
• The ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
• A valid driver's license.
• The physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work long hours.
