- Handling a mix of small-scale projects and day-to-day operational tasks with a specific focus on Azure and O365
- Configuring, administering, migrating, and providing ongoing support services for Azure and O365 environments
- Technical support and maintenance for their environments and applications
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and incorporating new methods and best practices into their environments
- Worked within Cloud and IT Infrastructure ideally with Microsoft technology stack
- Azure (PaaS / IaaS) and Office 365
- Background within IT Support/Systems working within L2/L3
- Experience with on-premise and cloud backup solutions such as Commvault or Veeam
- Active Directory and Servers
- Experience within Networking and Monitoring
