    NEW OPPORTUNITY

    Due to internal promotion, we are now on the look out for a dynamic Property Manager Operations to join our team at Curtin University on a full time permanent basis. The right person will support the smooth running of our operations, with a focus towards meeting all deadlines and building relationships.

    You are a natural leader who is passionate about delivering an exemplary level of resident experience and demonstrates the drive to see the property and the team succeed. Key to your success will be your ability to design innovative strategies that generate growth and additional revenue. Ideally you will have experience in the student accommodation industry and will have the ability to develop, implement, foster, and manage the community spirit program to leave our residents with a feeling or being part of a great community. Your skills as a natural communicator with the ability to build sustainable relationships, both internally and externally will contribute to your success. You will be a people person, and shall champion fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment for all students.

    The successful candidate will be available to work a 38 hour work week, Monday to Friday.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    Your responsibilities as Property Manager Operations will include but not be limited to:

    • You will be thoroughly familiar with our management agreements and shall manage the property as per the agreements
    • Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key
    • stakeholders, including investors/Owners Corporation/Body Corporate Management company
    • Maximise the financial return to UniLodge and our Investors
    • Ensure that accurate accounting of all resident related accounts for rental and sundries
    • In conjunction with the Reporting Manager assist in the preparation of the Budget for the Owners Corporation/ Body Corporate
    • Take ownership of problems and ensure that they are seen through to completion
    • Ensure that the residents rights to tenancy conditions and privacy are maintained
    • Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation as would be expected of a professional property management company
    • Build a high performing team with effective recruitment, delivery of relevant training and
    • development to ensure that team members can reach their true potential

    Our mandatory requirements include:

    • Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
    • National Police Check
    • Working with Children Check
    • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
