    Description

    Job Description:

    • Operate evaporator vessels, juice clarifier, and mud handling equipment in a raw sugar production environment.
    • Prioritize, monitor, and control the operation of these systems to ensure optimal production of concentrated cane juice meeting production targets.

    The position involves working a 4 on 4 off continuous shift roster during the crushing season.
    After the season work hours revert to Monday to Friday 8 hours per day.

    The operator is expected to actively support safety initiatives participate in safety improvements and contribute to a safe workplace environment additionally the role includes supporting projects aimed at improving operational efficiency eliminating unproductive practices
