    Description

    My Not for Profit client based in Unley has a full time position for an experienced Administrator to join their high performing team. The ideal candidate will come with proven customer service and administration experience along with great initiative and strong communication skills.

    Your Responsibilities Include:

    • Greeting clients as they arrive for appointments
    • Answering calls and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
    • Processing invoices
    • Accounts administration
    • Data entry
    • Scheduling appointments
    • General administrative tasks as required by management

    Ideally You Will Have:

    • Great initiative
    • The ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a team
    • Previous experience with invoices
    • Experience working with Word and Excel along with good general computer skills
    • Some experience with accounts administrative duties
    • Great customer service skills
    • A NDIS Screening Check (Not essential and you can apply if successful)
