    Court Security Officer Role Overview

    We are seeking a full-time Security Officer to safeguard court buildings and monitor access points.

    • Safeguarding court buildings is of paramount importance for maintaining order within the judiciary system. This requires diligent monitoring of all entry and exit points, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to secure areas.
    • Maintaining a secure environment involves effectively managing visitors, addressing any concerns they may have in a professional manner while upholding security protocols at all times.

    This position offers consistent daytime shifts from Monday to Friday which will allow individuals with family commitments or other personal obligations the opportunity for flexible scheduling whilst also providing opportunities for further training and development within our supportive work environment.
    The ideal candidate will possess relevant skills such as first aid certificate plus NSW Security Licence alongside Certificate II in Security Operations demonstrating their ability to handle challenging situations confidently and professionally. Various inductions covering emergency procedures including evacuation drills need not be overly lengthy; instead they should provide concise information about response strategies during an incident thus giving those responsible ample time prepare respond accordingly saving lives when unexpected events unfold suddenly unexpectedly before your very eyes – whether it's earthquakes fires floods etc– vital knowledge can never come soon enough especially given current world climate global warming ongoing conflict terrorism increasing severity natural disasters so stay safe because prevention starts now tomorrow too if action don't take immediate consequences could lead serious outcomes what would you do?
