In this KEY valued role, being the right hand to a top calibre personal injury lawyer with a flourishing institutional/historical child sex abuse & workers compensation practice and also benefiting from the mentorship of the Managing Partner ( an industry-leading fully accredited specialistin personal injury law), you will love the immensesatisfactionobtaining justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their :
Abuse (majority); and
Workers Compensation/Work injury damages/Public liability
claims.
You will have carriage of yourown filesand assist on more complex larger cases:
liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors, undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel and attending court.
