    Senior Manager, Agile Program Management Job ID: REF231217 V 60 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra, ACT 2601, Australia As the Agile Delivery Lead, you ensure the successful implementation and delivery of value fortransformative end-to-end Agile client engagements.

    You will lead program or portfolio levelprocesses and execution while focusing on continuous improvement and optimizing theproductivity of the team.

    You will manage globally distributed teams to deliver successfulsoftware outputs and meaningful business outcomes for clients while influencing change andeffectively communicating with all levels of the organization.


    Qualifications Your Impact:

    • Lead delivery of Agile engagements across different programs according to the productlandscape to deliver best in class outcomes for clients
    • Ensure program or portfolio success by defining the most suitable method for theengagement delivery
    • Guide the team on product engineering and ensure evidence-based continuousimprovement of value, flow, and quality-focused on delivering value to end-customers earlyand often
    • Help clients plan, evolve, and formulate a customer-focused digital business transformation(DBT) strategy; seed, estimate, and facilitate budget planning for value-based DBTengagements
    • Track and evaluate the delivery metrics of the product teams within the engagement anddrive continuous improvement to improve flow, quality, and value realization
    • Partner with clients to achieve their business transformation outcomes by guiding internalleaders and external senior stakeholders on agile methods, engineering transformation,digital strategy, computational design, service design, DPI, innovation frameworks, andother digital business transformation methods and approaches
    • Create a positive team environment where autonomy, mastery, and purpose are at the foreby promoting coaching, individual development, and high-performance standards
    • Drive a culture of value-based delivery and self-organization, and empowerment that willmaximize the value of client business outcomes created by the team
    • Contribute to the development of the Agile Project Management Domain and communitythrough training/mentoring others, knowledge sharing, and leveraging of best practices
    • Articulateengagement commercial metrics including client outcomes, leakage, burn rate,revenue & margins, etc.
    to support account health and drive account-level planning withinthe industry vertical
    Lead writing and proposal sales efforts; sell Publicis Sapient value proposition Your Skills & Experience:

    • Experience with a distributed delivery model, leading diverse teams, and collaborating in amulti-cultural environment
    • IT experience in leading high performing teams in Agile/Scrum/SAFe constructs inconsulting environment
    • Strategic and forward-thinking with a deep understanding of and thought leadership intechnology, project-delivery, and one or more industry verticals
    • Demonstrated experience navigating a large organization, showcasing the ability toinfluence with storytelling and data
    • Comfortable presenting to C-level executives as well as senior business and technologyleaders
    • Knowledge of client context and client engagement guidelines including organizationalsensitivities to consistently look for new solutions
    • Demonstrated ability in defining, evolving and executing Agile maturity assessments; deepexposure to various frameworks on engineering/agile maturity frameworks
    • Knowledge of best practices in design thinking/user-centered design (e.g., user research,hypothesis-driven development, prototyping, and usability testing)
    • Strong conflict resolution skills
    • Effective leadership, analytical skills, and negotiation skills

    Additional Information Requirement:
    Must be an Australian citizen with at least Baseline clearance.
