      About the role Calvary operates across all states and territories except for Western Australia. Calvary's property portfolio consists of approximately 120 properties that it either owns or leases. In addition Calvary has in excess of 200 revenue leases in place with health care and retail providers across its property portfolio. The National Property & Leasing Associate is a fulltime position who under limited supervision from the National Property and Leasing Lead manages the commercial aspects of Calvary's national property portfolio. Calvary supports flexible working arrangements and we are willing to consider remote working arrangements. Working with the National Property and Leasing Lead your main duties will include:
      • Manage Calvary's property portfolio, ensuring commercial performance and adherence to legislative obligations.
      • Contribute to assessing the commercial and technical aspects of potential acquisitions, sales, and leases and draft business cases or provide recommendations and options to decision makers.
      • Engage with relevant parties (e.g. Real Estate Agents, owners and buyers) to review, negotiate or facilitate leases, sales and purchases of property.
      About you
      • Solid experience in managing corporate property portfolios and tenancy schedules.
      • Experience in creating property management reports, accurately summarising key performance indicators and insights
      • Strong understanding of and experience in the application of corporate compliance and safety standards, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
      • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively and adapting to changing circumstances.
