- Manage Calvary's property portfolio, ensuring commercial performance and adherence to legislative obligations.
- Contribute to assessing the commercial and technical aspects of potential acquisitions, sales, and leases and draft business cases or provide recommendations and options to decision makers.
- Engage with relevant parties (e.g. Real Estate Agents, owners and buyers) to review, negotiate or facilitate leases, sales and purchases of property.
- Solid experience in managing corporate property portfolios and tenancy schedules.
- Experience in creating property management reports, accurately summarising key performance indicators and insights
- Strong understanding of and experience in the application of corporate compliance and safety standards, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively and adapting to changing circumstances.
