- Converting luxury travel requests for high end clientele
- Be the client's immediate point of contact from the start of the booking to the end
- Ensure fantastic customer service is given at all times, going the extra mile
- Using a GDS to make airfare bookings
- Offer expert travel advice
- 2-5 years' experience as a travel consultant
- Proven ability to exceed targets
- Positive, confident and proactive worker
- Existing knowledge of a GDS system, must love airfares
- A competitive base salary of $70k + super + uncapped commission and a guarantee of $80k + super in year one
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (no late nights / over time)
- No face to face consulting
