    Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)

    Elliott Gray are thrilled to play a critical part in a project designed to get Australian's green house gas (GHG) emissions down to net zero by 2050.
    This project is still in the first stage of a large program of work that will implement the New Vehicle Efficiency Standard (NVES). It is a project that will see you succeed in a complex and dynamic operational environment and shape this flagship Government policy.

    EL1 Business Analyst
    As the Business Analyst you will play an integral part of the implementation of the Government's New Vehicle Efficiency Standard (NVES). You will be acting as the go-between developers and testers and the business teams. We're looking for business analysts who have experience in agile delivery environments and complex government projects. The priority of this role will be to ensure the technical solutions align with business requirements set out by the business teams.
    Reporting to the Senior Director, you will:

    • Manage the relationship between implementation team and the NVES IT build team.
    • Assist the NVES IT build team to develop a detailed IT design scoping.
    • Assist in managing the project overall. Providing updates on IT develop progress and emerging risks.
    • Review technical solutions and ensure they meet the business and user requirements.
    • Assist in identifying and developing business rules from NVES legislation and legislative instruments.
