The Role

The Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Management of Trust Accounts -Oversight of trust account activities on a daily basis.
• Bank Statement Downloading -Execution of the process of downloading bank statements.
• Rent Receipting -Application of receipts to rental transactions.
• Trust Account Reconciliation-Regular reconciliation of trust accounts.
• Daily Banking -Handling daily banking transactions.
• Disbursements and Query Resolution -Managing disbursements and addressing payment and account inquiries.

The Ideal Candidate

• Trust Accountant Experience -Proven track record in the role of Trust Accountant.
• Cirrus8 or RP Office Knowledge -Familiarity with the Cirrus8 or RP Office platform is advantageous.
• Certificate of Registration -Hold a valid Certificate of Registration.
• Communication Skills -Exceptional communication skills.
