    Client Relationship Consultant - South Australia

    A full-time, permanent position based in Adelaide.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to join our Relationships team.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Connect with clients by phone to understand their needs.
    • Process invoices and reimbursements in line with our service standards.
    • Support disability service providers to present Agency-compliant invoices.
    • Work proactively with providers to ensure a single point of resolution for client queries.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Previous experience in administration, customer service or call centre roles.
    • The proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team.
    • The ability to multi-task, including typing and talking simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as an empathetic approach.

    Salary Range

    $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
