    We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive. This role covers the full digital marketing mix with the opportunity to work across marketing disciplines.

    You will be responsible for the eDM, paid digital media, search ads and social media channels, as well as strategies for engagement, optimisation, and growth, with the view to build the brand whilst achieving business KPIs.

    Day to day you'll be...

    • Owning the eDM, paid digital media and social channels and present strategies for engagement, optimisation and growth to build the Cruiseabout brand and meet business KPIs
    • Contribute your ideas to the overall marketing strategy and campaign calendar for Cruiseabout
    • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to plan, build, send and report on frequent marketing email campaigns
    • Build email campaigns using HTML and CSS for brand, content, campaign, tactical and local EDM projects
    • Strategically segment audiences from the database for email campaign using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's filtering abilities or SQL Queries
    • Automated journeys management and creation, including welcome journeys, nurture sequences, customer journey, GA website retargeting and more
    • Building and maintaining paid search campaigns
    • Creating and managing automated bid strategies
    • Analysing and reporting results of paid media activity to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations

    Who you are...

    • Minimum 3 years prior experience in digital marketing roles
    • Ability to work autonomously and independently
    • Experience in using Facebook Business Manager and Ad Manager for paid marketing campaigns
    • Experience in using Google Search Ads for paid marketing campaigns
    • Sound understanding of Google Analytics
    • Experience in eDM strategy and best practice
    • Strong understanding of Social Media strategy, content creation and posting across platforms
    • Strong copywriting experience, including ability to spell and use correct grammar

    Desirable Experience and Attributes...

    • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Sound knowledge in SEO
    • Understanding of data security and laws
    • Sound knowledge in using HTML and CSS language
