Warehouse Distribution Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Distribution Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe workplace, mobilizing tooling equipment to site, transporting FIFO employees, raising and closing work orders, answering telephone calls and emails, responding to internal and external enquiries.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Australian Drivers Licence, Forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain), solid understanding of how a workshop depot functions, experience in using inventory systems (ERP and Apple IOS iPads) Intermediate MS Office skills, ability to pass pre-employment medicals and ongoing drug alcohol screens.
