    REGISTERED NURSE

    • Part Time - RN Grade 2
    • Canadian (Ballarat) Location

    As an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) you will play a vital role in residential aged care service management, planning and delivery of services. Supported by the Facility Manager, you will provide an evidence-based nursing care for residents in accordance with the developed care plan.

    What you bring:

    • Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.
    • Significant experience as a Registered Nurse.
    • Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
    • Able to work all shifts including night shifts.
    • Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centred approach to providing care and services.
    • Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Aged Care funding and Aged Care legislation.
    • High level leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
