An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and dynamic full-time Link and Launch Coordinator to join the team at Clontarf Beach State High School. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting young people who have recentlycompleted Year 12 but are not engaged in education, employment or training. You will support these recent graduates to navigate their options in choosing a pathway that will equip them to successfully transition into study, training or work. As the Link and Launch Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of the school-based Link and Launch program, engaging with local agencies, support services, training providers, business and industry partners to maximise opportunities and secure pathways for Year 12 completers at risk of not transitioning to further work or study.
Your Role

The successful candidate reports to the Director, Link and Launch. For day to day operational matters the Link and Launch Coordinator reports directly to the Principal or Deputy Principal.
