    We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join our growing team in our Melbourne office.

    Role Summary

    Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing and processing Triskele Labs financial and accounting transactions, and contribute to the provision of quality financial services, information and advice across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Specific activities, duties and deliverables include but are not limited to the following:

    • Managing day to day finance operations for Triskele Labs
    • Month End Close including deferred revenue, provisions, GL Recs
    • Management Reporting – including budgeting, ad hoc reports, monthly variance analysis & commentary
    • Managing the Finance Team responsible for customer invoicing, debt collection, supplier payments, employee expense claims and payroll
    • Cashflow management & forecasting
    • Assisting CFO with income tax compliance
    • Collaboration with the CFO on process improvement initiatives for financial policies, systems and processes as required

    Skills & Knowledge

    Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria;

    • CPA/CA with minimum 7+ year's experience
    • Strong time management skills and commitment to deadlines
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
    • CPA/CA
    • Experience working within the IT sector would be highly regarded
