We are seeking highly motivated 1st Class Machinists/CNC Programmers/Fitters to join our team on day and night shifts at various locations across Australia. The successful applicants will be part of a culture committed to continuous improvement and will work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Achieve high-quality machining and programming standards
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to the Hofmann Safety Management System

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An Australian Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Experience in large machining, horizontal borers, and gear cutting/grinding
• CNC experience is desirable
• Dogging Ticket (DG)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy
