    Our client is a complex and multi-faceted organisation with a number of high-profile brands. They are currently re-designing and centralising their credit function to the Brisbane CBD, which is creating the opportunity to build a new high-performance team

    About the Role

    As a Credit Officer you will be the backbone of the revenue function, managing your own portfolio of clients with regards to –

    · Answering customers queries, problem solving and resolutions.
    · Qualifying customers and identifying at-risk accounts.
    · Collections/ recoveries.
    · Assisting customers with payment plans.
    · Case-manage complex cases.
    · Receipting and allocations.
    · Process credit notes and refunds.

    As the Team Leader you will mentor, guide, support and supervise your team to be successful.

    About You

    We are seeking candidates with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers, and who have clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills. You'll need intermediate Excel skills including Look-up and Pivot functions and the ability to pick-up and navigate computer systems – you'll be operating multiple programs.

    A strong background in credit and collections is essential.

    Note that base salaries start from $65 000 per annum plus super and that using the full salary packaging entitlements will make the salary commerically equivalent to approx $75 000 per annum plus super.
