    Role Description We're looking for a Bid & Marketing Team Lead, who'llbe responsible for producing high-quality bid submissions and contentto clients, as well as managing a small team of Bid & MarketingCoordinators.

    Working as part of the National bid team and located inour Sydney office, you'll be responsible for:
    Creating and formattingproposals and tender documentation using Adobe Suite, Microsoft Word,PowerPoint and InDesign.

    Preparing tenders and bids; includingidentifying response requirements, coordinating input from relevantdisciplines, and assisting with the production of the non-technicalsections of proposals (for example, tailoring CVs and sourcingrelevant project examples).

    Coordinating and tracking tenderopportunities, as well as completed panel submissions – distributingthem to the leadership team, ensuring RPI's tender portal profiles areup to date.

    Developing supporting visuals/graphics for bids andcontent, including diagrams, org. charts and promotional collateral.

    Developing and maintaining general marketing material to support bidsand client enquiries – this includes capability statements, casestudies, staff CVs and our photo reference library.

    Assisting themarketing team with business newsletters, LinkedIn content and companyintranet updates. Managing relationships with key, senior stakeholdersin the business. Leading a small team of Bid & Marketing Coordinators,as well as liaising with the Melbourne and Queensland Team Leads.
    Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you'll needdemonstrated experience working in a professional servicesorganisation. This could be in a marketing, administration,communications, bids or a related capacity. Each bid has a deadlineand specific requirements, so your ability to proactively coordinatedifferent requirements will be crucial.


    You'll also need:
    Outstandingstakeholder engagement skills, using your ability to work with leadersacross the Australian business. Strong design and documentation skillswith the ability to create branded content for internal and externaluse. A keen eye for detail with a strong focus on brand standards andquality control. The ability to write, proofread and edit content witha professional tone, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency aremaintained.

    Proficiency with Adobe suite, especially InDesign,Photoshop and Acrobat would be beneficial (but is not essential).Experience using MS Office (especially MS Word and PowerPoint), withstrong formatting skills.

    Strong interpersonal, communication,facilitation, influencing and presentation skills. A tertiaryqualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design,Administration or related field.
