Overseeing operations and clinical teams to deliver safe, excellent and efficient operation into country WA
Lead WA culture, attraction and retention of staff
Oversee state performance and financial outcome
Business development, growth and relationship management of senior government, NGO and private stakeholders
Strategic objectives
Work with other state leaders to achieve our national organisational goals
Work with CFO to achieve financial targets
Work with group clinical lead to establish best clinical practiceThe ideal candidate will have
Background in allied health, health management or aviation, or similar
Senior leader at hyper growth Australian start ups
Demonstrated ability to motivate, guide and lead a culture focussed team
Demonstrated ability to scale a business to achieve financial KPIs
