    Looking for an exciting new role? Parks Victoria is looking for a Ranger Team Leader to help shape the future of our Parks

    • $96,195 - $103,314 + Superannuation

    About the role

    As a Ranger Team Leader, you will be based in Nathalia and service a number of parks and reserves, most notably Barmah National Park, which is jointly managed with the Yorta Yorta Nation Aboriginal Corporation. You will lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality services in line with the District Action Plan, with support and under the direction of the Area Chief Ranger. As the Ranger Team Leader, you will work as a key member of the Northern Hume Area in delivering on-ground services. Ranger Team Leaders guide the team and inspire enthusiasm.

    We're looking for someone with:

    • Tertiary qualification in Science or equivalent is highly desirable.
    • Experience in leading and managing a large and complex team.
    • Demonstrated flexibility in workload management.
    • Strong customer service focus both internally and externally.
    • Track record in dealing with external stakeholders on a range of land management issues
