    Exciting Job Opportunity

    Silverchain is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Kalgoorlie on a part-time basis. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, working three days a week in the morning. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong multitasking skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain core administrative functions supporting nursing operations
    • Multi-task to ensure optimal customer outcomes
    • Manage reception, including customer screening and appointment scheduling
    • Oversee supply chain activities such as stocktaking and ordering
    • Coordinate fleet vehicle management and compliance with legislative requirements

    About You

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
    • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
    • Respect for confidentiality and personal integrity
