    Territory Manager | Orthopaedics | Brisbane

    Company

    Global orthopaedics focused business, based in Europe, with over 50 years experience going through expansion in the ANZ market. They provide implants and procedures in large joints (hips, knees and shoulder surgery). Due to growing territories and business needs. They are now looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join the experienced but small team in QLD.

    Reporting to a local Australian Sales Manager and assisted by global marketing and support staff.

    Role

    • Case coverage of current surgical cases utilising their products
    • Grow the utility and market share of the products via business development and relationship building
    • Promote clinical trials with surgeons who may not have used the products or technology
    • Attend trade shows, conferences, presentations
    • Manage inventory and hospital stock management
    • Liaise with distributors across ANZ
    • The ability to manage inventory and negotiate contracts with Theatre Nurse Unit Manager's

    About You

    • Have an understanding of the hospital landscape in SE QLD
    • Have established relationships with key orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
    • Demonstrated sales achievements in a competitive environment
    • Ability to cover cases at short notice
    • A Science degree is ideal (Physiotherapy, Nursing, Chiropractor or Engineering) but not essential
    • Large joint experience is ideal and desirable

    Rewards

    • Base salary between $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and relationships
    • Huge car allowances plus tools of the trade
    • Access to a generous commission structure
