    Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development & Capability you will play a key role in scoping, planning and delivering a program of People & Culture projects. It's a role that offers lots of variety, the opportunity to work with leaders and teams from all over MMS, and the opportunity to grow your applied OD know-how.

    You'll do well if you're naturally curious, a self-starter, resourceful, and if you love working with data and insights. And if you have all this, you'll be in good company.

    Also, we like to keep things simple and find elegant solutions to complex challenges. And as an internal partner in a business that prides itself on great relationships, we know what it means to put our customers first.

    Desired experience

    • Project management and project coordination.
    • Collecting, preparing and analysing data and producing reporting insights and trends.
    • Applied experience in continuous improvement, human centred/employee experience design, organisation development disciplines.
    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development
