Key Account Receivable Responsibilities

• Debt Recovery: Generate and maintain debtors' reports across all business lines, monitor overdue accounts and initiate follow-ups, liaise with internal teams and external agencies.
• Credit Control & Payment Processing: Process payments via phone calls and bank statements, accurately allocate payments to appropriate accounts.
• Customer Support: Assist residents and families with account inquiries, respond to general AR-related queries with professionalism and empathy.

Prioritised Tasks

Analyse correspondence, filing tasks regularly as required. Perform other duties assigned by the senior team lead or supervisor of AR operations.
