    Loyalty Lead for Acquire & Reactivate

    This role involves growing the active member base of CRG's loyalty programs through acquisition and reactivation. Key responsibilities include:

    • Growing member value through active members, spend, incremental sales, and critical member data completeness.
    • Developing and implementing effective loyalty tactics, such as customer journeys, campaigns, store incentives, and sign-up offers.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage analytics and marketing channels to achieve desired outcomes.

    Key requirements for this role include:

    • Extensive experience in loyalty, CRM, marketing, sales, or partnerships.
    • Strong process development, documentation, and workflow management skills.
    • Ability to interpret and analyze complex data to identify trends and drivers of customer behavior.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influence at a senior level.
