We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to join our Workforce Capability team.

• This role plays a key part in developing capability across the organisation, with a particular focus on the east coast region.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing workforce data, designing and facilitating workshops, and providing practical advice that supports a high-performing and engaged workforce. They will work autonomously while partnering closely with leaders and teams to understand workforce needs.

• Analysing workforce data (including staff and client surveys) and translating insights into practical actions;


• Planning and facilitating workshops (both in-person and virtual) from scoping outcomes to delivering engaging sessions;


• Building strong relationships across the business and providing clear guidance;


• Sourcing tools including reports presentations workshop materials deliverables that yield results ​​
